I’m Diana!
Things to know about me -
I’m a writer, a builder, an organizer, a content creator and an operations manager with a passion for continuous learning, making things run and creating meaningful products.
I currently manage a networking organization called Tech Gather NYC. We started in August 2023 and have grown to 3,400+ meetup members. It’s a total passion project, founded with the hope of building a welcoming and inclusive community for people in tech providing a safe space to find connections for jobs, collaborators, friends and so much more.
I have 7+ years of experience in startup and business operations as a true generalist, leading creative teams to achieve success in content creation, production, research and analytics and business development efforts, managing operations from seed funding to acquisition. As a software engineering grad, I also bring a unique blend of technical knowledge and business expertise.
I am currently seeking opportunities in community and events management, product development, operations, and versatile roles where I can bring a broad range of skills to another exciting tech venture.
Diana is a New York based developer, operations director and product manager with expertise in startup operations. She is a native Californian and is interested in all things New York City.
She recently graduated from Flatiron School's Software Engineering bootcamp. Diana has worked in startups for 7+ years as a true generalist, leading creative development teams to achieve success in content creation, production, research and analytics and business development efforts.
Diana has experience managing operations from seed funding to acquisition. She has created workflow processes to support day-to-day office management, performance and sales and finance operations. She specializes in managing startup operations from end-to-end. No project is too small, no project is too big.
Diana has also worked closely with marketing departments to create and execute successful content. She is skilled at producing copy for blogs, websites, case studies and other marketing materials for startups.
In her life outside of the office Diana focuses on her two lifetime passions: creative writing and photography. She is an avid short fiction writer who has worked on several television shows, including “The Good Wife.” For more, visit Diana’s portfolio.
As a photographer Diana focuses on street, nature and art photography. Each day she documents New York life in a photography project that has spanned over 1,800 days (and counting). Her passions enable her to bring creativity and insight into any project she contributes to.
